I wasn't present for the taxi journey, but I made this booking on behalf of a client who's wheelchair needed to be transported. The operator I spoke with when booking the trip was very helpful and responsive, and although it was odd request for the taxi driver to transport a wheelchair without a passenger, I believe all went smoothly. I was going to write and let you know that we were very happy with our driver on this trip. The reason we were impressed was because he kept both hands on the steering wheel for the whole journey! I don't think I have ever had a driver do this before, in fact, I usually get very cross that they don't. I have seen our past taxi drivers drive with only one hand resting on the bottom of the steering wheel.  This driver was also polite and courteous (not that I have ever had a problem in this respect with your other drivers). I have taken a note of your drivers ID number and am hoping that I will be able to request him again in future? Please pass on our compliments to him.

Here in Eastbourne on business, needed a taxi twice a day - morning and evening. Morning taxis I pre-booked as I knew the time I wanted. Evening taxis I called 746 746 as it depended on what time I finished work. Very friendly staff on the phone, I managed to get a taxi every day within half an hour and they always turned up on time. All the cars were clean, some drivers more chatty than others, which isn't an issue. I will definitely be using this company again next time I am in Eastbourne and will recommend them to other coach drivers who require a taxi. 10 out of 10.
